Southern California Edison (SCE) has contractors working to upgrade its infrastructure along Jamboree Road. The work requires the closure of the number three lane of northbound Jamboree Road between Ford Road and Bison Avenue. Working hours are permitted Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and every effort will be made to have the travel lane open during morning and afternoon commute hours. The project upgrades existing electrical vaults and installs new conduit, cables, and switches. Overnight lane closures during the week may also be necessary for cable work within the new and existing vaults on Jamboree Road. The roadway will be repaved and new sidewalk panels poured where the excavation took place. All work is scheduled for completion by the end of August.
