City Council Member Jeff Herdman will host a town hall meeting to discuss City projects and programs occurring in, or potentially impacting, Council District 5. District 5 includes Harbor, Collins and Balboa Islands, Linda Isle, Newport Center, Big Canyon and the Port Streets. The meeting is free and open to the public.
