Join the Friends of the Newport Beach Animal Shelter for a costume party for pets on Saturday, October 28 from 10 a.m. to noon. The Howl-O-Ween Party will have lots of costume categories as well as celebrity judges. Vladae Roypatel will be in attendance offering training tips for your furry friends. The event is being held at Marina Park located at 1600 West Balboa Boulevard.
