The Mail Room oversees the collection, sorting, and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail for all City departments.  Mail Room staff is also the primary point of contact for all courier deliveries to City Hall.  The Mail Room works closely with the Cashering/Payments operation in handling remittance processing of utilities and parking citation payments.
