Directions to Office: From 55 Freeway South on 55 and continue as freeway ends and turns into Newport Blvd.
Pass PCH - Second light past PCH is Finley, turn left and then right into City Hall Parking lot.
From PCH Southbound: Turn right on Newport Blvd /Balboa Peninsula (south) ramp (just past Hospital) and make a right on Newport Blvd. Second Light is Finley, turn left and then right into City Hall Parking Lot.
From PCH Northbound: Under Newport Blvd bridge past A take ramp to right for Balboa Peninsula and once on Newport Blvd. Second Light is Finley, turn left and then right into City Hall Parking Lot.

Recreation & Senior Services Department Mission is to enhance the quality of life by providing diverse opportunities in safe and well-maintained facilities and parks. We pledge to respond to community needs by creating quality educational, recreational, cultural and social programs for people of all ages.

The Department Consists of Three Divisions administration, recreation services and senior services. Its staff oversees the use of the City’s 73 park, beaches, marine habitats and recreational facilities while coordinating recreational and social opportunities that serve a population ranging from infants to those in their advanced years.
