Citizen Survey
Two surveys have been conducted to assess citizen satisfaction with the delivery of major City services. Both the 2007 and the 2010 surveys were conducted by ETC Institute of Olathe, Kansas. ETC has conducted hundreds of customer satisfaction surveys for cities throughout the United States and maintains a large volume of survey data to use in comparing the Newport Beach data with that of other cities.
