DESCRIPTION:<p>&nbsp;The Newport Beach Board of Library Trustees invites the community to a brief ground breaking ceremony to celebrate the Corona del Mar Fire Station No. 5 and Library Replacement project.</p><p>The new 10,314 square-foot library and fire station were designed in close coordination with input from community members, the Library Board of Trustees, the Library Services Department and the Fire Department and replaces the existing 60-year old buildings. </p><p>Construction demolition began in April and is expected to be completed in Summer of 2019.</p>
