Parking Citation Payment System Back Online
Pticket.com, the City's third-party vendor for parking and administrative citation processing, is back online after experiencing an outage over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
The City will be granting extensions for citation payments that were due during the outage.
Free viewers are required for some of the attached documents.
