Item 1:             Lot Line Adjustment No. LA2007-012 (PA2007-184)

900 East Balboa Boulevard

 

To combine two portions of a parcel and a portion of the East Bay Avenue abandoned right of way into a single parcel of land. Additionally, the application includes a request to waive the requirement for the filing of a parcel map pursuant to Section 19.68.060(D) of the Newport Beach Municipal Code. The property is located in the R-2 District.
