Balboa Peninsula Crosswalk Study
The Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering staff have contracted with Albert Grover and Associates to conduct a comprehensive independent review of 38 controlled crosswalks on the Balboa Peninsula. The Balboa Peninsula Crosswalk Study is available for public review.
