To approve a Tentative Parcel Map application creating two condominium units. The Property is located in the R-2 District.

618 Via Lido Nord

 

To combine two lots and a portion of a third lot into a single parcel of land for single-family development and related amenities. The Property is located in the R-1 District.

To exceed the 3-foot height limit allowed in required front yard setbacks adjacent to Newport Bay. The Property is located in the R-1 District.

To allow addition and alteration to an existing single family dwelling that currently encroaches into the front and side yard setbacks. Portions of the proposed addition will encroach into the 10-foot rear yard setback; into the northwesterly side yard setback; and into the 20 foot front yard setback (adjacent to Clay Street). The property is located in the R-1 District.

Item 5:             Modification Permit No. MD2007-061 (PA2007-155)

2152 Ocean Boulevard

 

To allow addition and alteration to the garage of a non-conforming single-family dwelling of between 25% and 50% of the existing square footage. The building is nonconforming since it encroaches into the required side yard setbacks and the existing interior garage spaces are less than the minimum width required by the Zoning Code. The property is located in the R-1 District.

Item 6:             Modification Permit No. MD2007-062 (PA2007-157)

4500 MacArthur Boulevard

 

To allow the installation of two freestanding monument signs on a common area parcel at the MacArthur Boulevard entrance that measure 5-feet high; and a third 5-foot 6-inch high freestanding monument sign at the corner of Von Karman and Birch Street. The PC-15 (Koll Center Planned Community District) limits the height of freestanding signs to 4 feet.
