Candidate Statement:

Having been born and raised in Newport Beach, and currently raising my kids here, I understand public safety and quality of life are defining features of our city.

I am committed to ensuring Newport Beach is a safe and well-run city, which is why our Newport Beach Police Association, Newport Beach Fire Association, Orange County Sheriff Don Barnes, and the entire Newport Beach City Council have endorsed my candidacy.

My background as a Certified Public Accountant for the last fifteen years makes me uniquely qualified to help manage your tax dollars efficiently and effectively. 

I will bring a collaborative approach to City Council by:

Fully funding public safety so that first responders have the necessary resources to do their job and enhance resilience in the community;

Maintaining a balanced budget while investing your tax dollars in essential services and infrastructure;

Working with Police Officers and Councilmembers to protect our residents from aggressive and unsafe policies being pushed by Sacramento; and

Protecting quality of life and investing in water quality, open spaces, parks, and beaches.

I am dedicated to serving Newport Beach with integrity, transparency, and a steadfast focus on our community’s well-being.
