Join us at the Central Library for our 5th Annual Halloween Party! Not-so-scary stories at 4:00pm, followed by a spook-tacular craft and trick-or-treating around the library. Costumes encouraged! All ages welcome. No registration required. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
