As a follow up to the CdM Study Open House held August 12, 2025, staff is hosting a community meeting to share the revised recommendations for the study. The meeting serves as an excellent opportunity to review the revised draft recommendations for the CdM Study and provide additional feedback in advance of the City Council Study Session planned for November 4, 2025.
Starting at 5:45 p.m., City staff will provide a brief presentation on the CdM Study’s progress including:
- The results of the community survey;
- Proposed revisions to the draft recommendations based on community input to date; and
- A preview of the draft Corridor Atlas, a policy document that will help guide the future of the CdM Commercial Corridor.
There will be plenty of time for dialogue with questions and answers after the presentation.
