Join our furry friends and Read to a Dog, BARK! Practice reading aloud to a trained and friendly BARK dog. This program is a great way for children to increase their reading skills with a non-judgmental reading companion in a calm environment.
Sign-ups begin as soon as dogs and their handlers arrive and is on a first come, first served basis. No prior registration required. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Ages 6-11.
Funding is generously provided by the Friends of the Library.
