Homeless Data Dashboard
Street Exits: The number of homeless individuals placed in various types of housing and sobering facilities.
Cases Managed: The number of unhoused people whose cases are being actively managed by City staff and contractors. They are generally awaiting placement in permanent housing.
Homeless Count: The City conducts a montly homeless count. The graphic above shows the average number over the specified time period (the most recent quarter and year-to-date).
