The City Clerk's Office no longer offers passport services.
The Newport Beach Central Library accepts passport applications by appointment only (click here for detailed information). To make an appointment, please contact our passport services staff at 949-717-3831 or passports@newportbeachca.gov.
For other passport acceptance locations, contact the Department of State at 877-487-2778 or travel.state.gov.
