Newport Beach Municipal Code 5.95.045 9 (a) requires you to provide a local contact persons phone number that may be reached on a 24/7 hour basis. The local contact person must be located within 25 miles of the unit and shall respond to any call related to the unit within 30 minutes.
Newport Beach Municipal Code 5.95.045 (12) provides an owner or agent must provide a new local contact person and phone number within 5 business days, if there is a change in the local contact person.
If you operate multiple properties you must update each account separately.
