In psychology, it is a mental or emotional state of well-being that can be defined by positive emotions. Regardless of how it's defined, happiness is something people want. When asked, "what do you want in life?" a common response is, "to be happy." Ins this program we'll present research-based strategies for cultivating your own happiness. With practice, we can learn to enhance happiness and well-being to emotionally enrich our lives.
