Elevation Certificates

The City of Newport Beach participates in the Nation Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) through the Federal Emergency Management Agency. To qualify for flood insurance your insurance company may request a flood elevation certificate to determine if your dwelling is above or below the Base Flood Elevation established by FEMA. If the City has an elevation certificate of your dwelling you will be able to obtain a copy of it by accessing the following search options:
