Administration
The Administration Division of the Utilities Department is responsible for a wide array of functions including, but not limited to, providing general Department oversight, managing personnel including ongoing training and safety, developing the Department's annual fiscal year budget with ongoing oversight, providing customer service to internal customers and the public, contract administration, providing administrative support to operational divisions, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all functional areas of the Department.
The Administrative Division staff carry out these responsibilities by managing employee payroll, performance, and assignments; overseeing contract development to implementation, processing invoices for contracts, services, and material purchases; monitoring expenditures and revenues on an ongoing basis, and providing high quality, responsive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
