The Budget Division provides a broad and diverse spectrum of fiscal processing solutions. This division is responsible for the development, administration and monitoring of the City’s operating budget as well as processing the City’s payroll. 

The Budget Division facilitates the following operations and functions:

Budget

  • Development, administration and monitoring of the Citywide annual operating budget
  • Coordination of Citywide grant administration/financial reporting 

Payroll

  • Processing the City's biweekly payroll
  • Preparation of payroll tax reporting and issuance of annual W-2 forms
