The reports contain the latest consumer demographic profile, a household segmentation profile, an employment profile, and a consumer demand and market supply assessment for each of six trade areas within Newport Beach. The City receives a yearly report, followed by a mid-year update. We provide those here for real estate professionals, site selectors, commercial property owners, business owners and others who have an interest in leasing or buying commercial property in one of the trade areas, or starting or growing their Newport Beach based business.
