Please note: OASIS Senior Center runs programs Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., therefore tours of the facility for rental purposes require an appointment.
Capacity:
Event Center: 225 reception and dance floor, 240 banquet seating, 300 theater seating
Large Classroom: 75 theater seating
Small Classroom: 30 theater seating
Equipment Available: Warming kitchen (caterer must be selected from the Exclusive Catering List; see below for more details), LCD projector and screen, DVD player, lighting, microphones (handheld and hands free), large stage, green room, chairs, round tables, rectangle tables and cocktail tables. Includes use of courtyard with patio seating, fire pit and barbeques.
Catering Information: All OASIS rentals are required to choose a caterer from our Exclusive Catering List. The OASIS is proud to offer a wide variety of catering options to satisfy all tastes, styles and budgets. Please contact the individual caterers for details on pricing, availability and more. Facility Reservation Information: Reservations can be made up to six (6) months in advance. To process your application to rent our facility, please submit a completed Reservation Request Form, a signed OASIS Rental Agreement and a signed Facility Use Agreement.
Facility reservations require a minimum of 10 working days to be processed. Submission of Reservation Request does not constitute approval. Approval or denial of a Reservation Request will be provided within five working days of receipt of a completed application. Once your application is received, it will be processed and you will be told the total cost. The entire payment must be received in full within 3-5 business days in order to secure your reservation.
