May-September: $2.55 per hour - $25.60 daily maximum.
October-April : $1.75 per hour - $26.95 daily maximum. - Recreational Vehicles (No Camping): May-September: $2.55 per hour - $25.60 daily max (Per Space Occupied). October-April: $1.75 per hour - $26.95 daily max (Per Space Occupied).
- Buses Commercial Use: May-September: $7.55 per hour - $75.85 daily maximum. October-April : $5.15 per hour - $51.90 daily maximum.
- Buses School Use: May-September: $3.80 per hour - $37.90 daily maximum. October-April : $2.60 per hour - $25.95 daily maximum.
- Motorcycles and Disabled Persons with valid placard: May-September: $1.30 cents per hour - $13.50 daily maximum. October-April : 85 cents per hour - $21.95 daily maximum.
- Peak Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th & Labor Day): Cars-$3.50/hour $35.10/day maximum. RVs-$3.50/hour $35.10/day maximum per parking space occupied. Motorcycles and Disabled Persons with valid placard $2.20/hour $21.95/day maximum.

Lot Regulations
- No Overnight Camping/Sleeping in Cars or RV's.
- Vehicles may park up to 7 days without exiting the lot.
- Maximum length of vehicle is 40 feet.
- No detached trailers.
- No reserved parking/Always "first come, first served".
- No BBQs allowed at this parking lot, park or beach.
General Lot Information:
- 614 total spaces.
- City Annual Parking Permit is accepted and can be purchased at Civic Center, Customer Service counter or online.
- CA State Permit is not accepted.
- Balboa Pier lot is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- Balboa Pier lot is located at Palm and Balboa Blvd. on the peninsula.
- There are ten bus spaces located right before entrance to lot. The first space is reserved for OCTA.

Corona del Mar Main Beach Parking Lot

- Year round $19.95 daily maximum (except Holidays listed below)
- May-September 6am-9am & 6pm-10pm: $3.30/hr and 9am-6pm: $5.30/hr,
- October-April weekdays 6am-10pm: $2.00/hr, weekends 6am-9am & 6pm-10pm: $3.30/hr and 9am-6pm: $5.30/hr
- Holiday Rates (Memorial Day, Independence Day & Labor Day) 6am-10pm: $5.30/hr $26.60 daily maximum.
- Rates are per space occupied.
- Disabled plates and placard holders: same rates above.

Electrical Vehicle Charging Stations
The City of Newport Beach has encouraged the efforts on being “Green” by installing electrical vehicle charging stations at the Civic Center parking structure located at 100 Civic Center Dr. Three ChargePoint charging stations are located at the very top of the parking structure. Each charging station has Level I (120V, 16A, NEMA 5-20R) and Level II (208V/240V, 30A, J1772 connector) charging options. Each station is capable of charging 2 vehicles simultaneously, one at each level. EV drivers can check to see if the charging stations are available by going to www.chargepoint.com or downloading the ChargePoint phone app. ChargePoint also networks with some in-dash navigation units. Charging stations may be accessed by using a ChargePoint America card or calling ChargePoint, Toll Free: 1-888-758-4389 (24 hours a day). Rates are $0.20 per kWh. General Parking Information
- Most parking meters require payment from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, including weekends and holidays. Hours of operation are posted on meter head, pay station or signage. Balboa Pier lot requires payment 24 hours a day.
- Disabled persons displaying a valid placard can park at any meter or pay station without charge, except at the Corona del Mar (no discount) and Balboa Pier (50% discount) parking lots.
- Meter zones and fees are established by Municipal Code Sections 12.44.020 and 12.44.040
