Payment Basics

• When do I pay? Payment is required upon entry at any pay station or via mobile payment.
• What payment methods are accepted? Cash (exact change) and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
• Can I use multiple payment methods? Yes—cash/coins first, then credit card for any remaining balance.

Using the System

• Do I need to display my receipt? No. Payment is linked electronically to your license plate.
• What if I don’t have a license plate? Use the last 4 digits of your VIN.
• Are instructions available in other languages? Yes—Spanish, Vietnamese, French, and German.

Parking & Time

• Can I leave and return? Yes, but your space is not reserved. Parking is first come, first served.
• Can I add more time? Yes. Enter your license plate and select “Add Time” at any pay station or via mobile app.

Special Situations

• Do pay stations give change? No—exact change required for cash payments.
• Do disabled placards receive a discount? Standard rates apply unless otherwise posted.
• Can I park with a trailer? Only if permitted in the lot and you pay for the number of spaces occupied. Some lots prohibit trailers.

Pay-by-Cell

• Pay or extend time remotely using one of the available mobile app sor phone system.
• Requires license plate number and lot zone number.
