There will be a special meeting of the Newport Beach City Council this Saturday, January 9 beginning at 8 a.m. at the Newport Coast Community Center. This is the Council's annual priority setting session. The agenda includes a status report of the Council's 2009 priorities, a discussion of the state of the economy and the City's fiscal condition, an update on the performance measurement efforts, and time for the Council to discuss and establish its goals and priorities for 2010.
