California Statewide Special Election – Tuesday, November 4, 2025

The City will be hosting two in-person voting sites for the upcoming Statewide Special Election as well as ballot drop boxes that will be available to voters.  The voting center locations include:

Marina Park Community Center, 1600 W. Balboa Blvd, will host an 11-day voting center opening on Saturday, October 25 through November 4.

Hours of operation:

Saturday, October 25 - Friday, October 31, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. 

Saturday, November 1 - Monday, November 3, 8 a.m.-8 p.m.

Tuesday, November 4, 7 a.m.-8 p.m. 

The Newport Beach Civic Center, 100 Civic Center Drive, will host a 4-day vote center with the following hours of operation:

Saturday, November 1 - Monday, November 3, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. 

Tuesday, November 4, 7 a.m.-8 p.m. 

For your convenience, Ballot Drop Boxes will be open and operational beginning on Monday, October 6 at the following locations:

  • Bob Henry Park
  • Newport Beach Public Library
  • OASIS Senior Ctr Auxiliary Parking Lot
  • Sidewalk - Corner of Avon St & Riverside Ave
