A countywide plan to identify risks posed by natural and manmade disasters - and ways to minimize potential damage before it occurs - is being updated by a coalition of 20 Orange County water and wastewater agencies. A public workshop is being held to gather input and suggestions on January 30 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Moulton Niguel Water District Board Room located at 27500 La Paz Road, Laguna Niguel.
