In conjunction with our Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) quarterly meeting, the Newport Beach Fire Department will hold a Wildland Fire Workshop. The workshop will review the unprecedented wildland fires that were spread all over the state of California this summer; the Newport Beach Fire Department's Mutual Aid request response to some of these fires; and what residents in Newport Beach can do to be better prepared for any wildland fire.
