Treasures in the Tide Pools: Students will investigate the unique adaptations of marine animals living in the pounding surf. Through hands-on discovery, student involvement and interactive games, explore what makes the tide pool such an incredible habitat. Cabrillo Marine Aquarium educators will give an engaging ocean-themed talk on some of the most extraordinary animals that live in the sea including octopus, lobsters, and sea cucumbers. Students will also have the opportunity to touch LIVE marine animals that live along the rocky shore. Registration required.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Ages 7-12. Register for Treasures in the Tide Pools (Ages 7-12).
