This new committee will help identify and recommend to the City Council what governance structure, projects, programs and infrastructure are needed for improving and maintaining the city’s harbor, ocean beaches and oil fields. These projects will likely include the lower bay dredging, projects to add amenities for harbor mooring holders, efforts to raise sea walls, and more.
