Presented by an experienced franchise consultant and franchise attorney, they will teach you the benefits and challenges of owning a franchised business. Learn how to select and research quality franchises from the insiders.

This workshop is presented by Richard Usher of Furman Usher, Inc. and Craig Wells of FranNet of Southern California.
Richard is an experienced attorney and business advisor. He focuses his practice on business transactions for entrepreneurs and franchisees, including business purchases and sales, real estate transactions, structuring business entities, advising franchisees, and negotiating and preparing contracts, leases and licenses. He is known for providing pragmatic and understandable advice on complex issues and realistic solutions with a bottom-line orientation.
Craig draws from 14 years’ experience in shopping center management; as the founder of a 1-hour photo store chain; a successful MAACO franchisee; and 20 years as owner of an international financial services franchise company.
