The City is continuing its review of all Harbor charges to determine the fair market value of these charges. Commercial Harbor uses are currently under focus and we have had two meetings to discuss proposed terms of a future lease for Commercial Marinas. The City will be hosting another outreach meeting to discuss the proposed leases for commercial marinas in the harbor. Specifically, we’ll be focusing on the larger marinas, but the other commercial users are more than welcome to attend. Please consider joining us!
