The City's Fire Department will hold an Earthquake and Tsunami Awareness Workshop on Thursday, April 26 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the OASIS Senior Center, 800 Narcissus Ave. in Corona del Mar.
Representatives from the Newport Beach Fire Department will teach residents about earthquake and tsunami threats and taking appropriate steps to be prepared. The event is free and open to the community.
