On October 1, 2013, the County of Orange released a Notice of Preparation of an Environmental Impact Report and a Notice of Scoping Meeting for the John Wayne Airport (JWA) Settlement Agreement Amendment project.

Interested parties are invited to attend the Scoping Meeting on Thursday, October 17, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the JWA administrative offices, located at 3160 Airway Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. The meeting will be held in the Airport Commission Room.

You are also welcome to submit comments for consideration regarding this Notice of Preparation (NOP) through the close of business on October 31, 2013.  All comments and responses to the NOP must be submitted in writing to:
